Overview

Select Medical/NovaCareNovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cash Applications Representative for an immediate temporary opening. This is a temporary position with a duration of at least 3 months, with the potential to become a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

This entry-level opportunity is responsible for timely and accurate postings of all cash receipts and patient account adjustments.

* Accurately and promptly post cash receipts.
* Make necessary adjustments to patient accounts.
* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions.
* Communicate effectively with team members and other departments as needed.
* Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications
    High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in accounting or finance is a plus.
  • Previous experience in cash applications, accounts receivable, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
