ABOUT THIS ROLE
St. Michael's is hiring to fill a Computer Systems Engineer/Architect position to support a Department of Defense (DoD) client. In this position you must have demonstrated knowledge and experience designing, configuring and implementing applications, creating test plans, scenarios, and procedures for software. This is a client-facing role that will benefit from your previous Computer Systems Engineer experience. LOCATION
MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, FL. 100% On-site

WHO YOU ARE
  • Current Active SECRET or the ability to obtain SECRET clearance at the start of task.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related degree - OR 12+ years computer systems engineer/architect experience.
  • Certification: CompTIA Security +
  • 10 years of experience as a Computer Systems Engineers/Architect designing and developing solutions to complex application problems..
  • Recent and relevant experience (within the last three years) with Microsoft SQL Server and any of the following Oracle technologies: Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management 11g, Essbase 11g, Oracle Public Sector Planning and Budgeting, Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF), Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Data Enterprise Quality, and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition 11g/12c or Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform application administration and maintenance.
  • Design, configure, and implement applications.
  • Create test plans, scenarios, and procedures for software.
  • Automate business processes.
  • Provide reporting and data analytics functionality.
  • Build dashboards and ad hoc reports.
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation.
  • Provide functional training.
  • Prepare and maintain system user guides.
