What you'll do

The GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will play a critical role in expanding Docusign's revenue beyond its leading eSignature solution, with an emphasis on CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management). The role has direct business partner alignment with GVP of CLM Sales, and GVP Presales. Within that scope, you will work on a variety of initiatives related to product growth strategy, sales transformation, business planning, rhythm of business, and operational excellence. You will drive impact through a combination of analytical insight, business acumen, and cross-functional partnerships with leaders in Sales, Product, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and HR.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Sales Strategy & Operations.

Responsibility

  • Conceptualize and implement GTM initiatives to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Become a trusted advisor to Docusign senior leadership and influence at varying organizational levels in and outside assigned function
  • Surface data-driven insights that inform strategic decision making and recommendations to senior leadership and assist with ad hoc analytical requests and projects
  • Manage Forecasting analytics and operations to proactively surface leading indicators of risk and opportunity, and enable predictable growth, coordinating weekly forecast calls
  • Present at the Executive-level for ongoing leadership reviews
  • Orchestrate the design and implementation of all aspects of the CLM product Go-To-Market plan under the annual sales planning cycle, including role design, quotas, compensation, territories, targets, and coverage model for the Product Specialist team
  • Partner cross-functionally with broader operations teams to implement initiatives across the field organizations
  • Demonstrate a robust work ethic and consistently produce high quality results

Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of experience in relevant sales/business strategy & operations roles, and/or management consulting
  • BA/BS degree in a business/quantitative field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, Google Sheets, Excel

Preferred

  • Prior roles in SaaS Revenue Strategy & Operations
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Ability to frame business problems, design and complete analyses to inform solutions, and communicate insights with a bias to action
  • Experience implementing cross-functional GTM initiatives
  • Experience working with senior executives
  • Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and self confidence
  • MBA

Wage Transparency

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $122,300.00 - $190,650.00 base salary

Illinois: $116,500.00 - $160,150.00 base salary

Washington: $116,500.00 - $168,200.00 base salary

This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
