Summary: Provides superior level of customer service and support to bank and internal customers utilizing critical thinking and a team approach to problem resolution. The Cash Management Supervisor is the direct supervisor for the Cash Management Specialists and provides daily support/insight to the Cash Management department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Responsible for managing, training, evaluating, and scheduling work for a team of Cash Management Specialists
  • Daily support activities of Specialists customer implementations, monthly reporting, agreement generation, account opening and documentation archival.
  • Ensures team members maintain product and industry knowledge necessary for cash management and digital solutions.
  • Maintains all cash management support processes and procedures and ensures departmental compliance.
  • Communicates with and resolves problems for the bank's corporate customers. Serves as an escalation point for issues identified by internal associates and external customers.
  • Ensures customer training is being conducted effectively and with appropriate detail for a complete and effective on-boarding experience.
  • Provides monitoring and ad hoc reporting of the following:
  • Completion of daily and monthly reports as needed.
  • Provides monthly Account Analysis processing.
  • Backup for CM Product and Risk Analyst for hardware and product inventory supplies
  • Assist in other Cash Management and Institutional Banking functions.
  • Completes all yearly compliance training and testing and complies with bank, federal, and state regulations.
  • Complies with Bank Policies and Procedures. Adheres to departmental and bank-wide service

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors' Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills needed:

  • 1-3 years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of bank commercial deposit and cash management products.
  • Knowledge of bank operations.
  • Ability to multitask and use logic and deductive reasoning to resolve customer questions.
  • Ability to delegate responsibility to achieve departmental goals.
  • Strong communication, computer, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Strong managerial skills - Team oriented
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance necessary to perform job responsibilities.
  • Discretion and a dedication to protecting the financial privacy of clients, business partners, and employer.

Certifications, Licenses and/or registrations: Accredited ACH Professional certification is required

Computer Skills: Technical operating environments in order to install software and assist customers with technical issues. Strong computer and software application skills such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
