Job description

GP Strategies is looking to hire a Mid to Senior Level Instructional Designer for a hybrid position with our client in Tukwila, WA. This person will conduct training analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate course content. Candidates should have experience in the Learning & Development industry in order to effectively work with the client, consult on best practices and make recommendations for innovative and custom solutions. This person must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in Instructional Design is required as this position is a "hands-on" role.

Candidates should be proficient in Adobe Suite, Power Point, MS Office Suite, and Articulate Storyline 360. Candidates may also be requested to perform as an instructor and deliver curriculum in one or more specialized content areas both on and off hour training.

Education

* Two years' experience within learning and training projects in a government, military, DOD, or corporate environment.

* Bachelor's degree in information design, instructional development, or related fields preferred.

* Equivalent experience may substitute.
