STS Technical Services is hiring a motivated Project Leader to join the Onboard Service division of a leading airline. This role focuses on optimizing cost control processes and enhancing productivity within the menu production and logistics network.

We are seeking a motivated Project Leader in Atlanta, Georgia to spearhead cost control initiatives and drive operational efficiency within our menu production and logistics network. This role will involve collaborating with various teams and leveraging data analysis to make impactful recommendations to senior management.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Vendors, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Customer Experience, Finance, and Onboard Service teams.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.
• Assist in the development of annual cost plans and evaluate performance against targets.
• Create and maintain dashboards for tracking billing, pricing, and cost performance.
• Support station-specific labor reporting through dynamic dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with Financial Shared Services teams on invoice management and payment processing.
• Analyze flight invoices and ensure accuracy in the invoicing process.
• Resolve invoice, interface, and payment issues in partnership with other business units.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings and other assigned sessions.

• Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with big data tools and Delta-specific applications (Hana, SAP, BRIO).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize safety and security while driving operational excellence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Prior experience in project management or data analysis roles.
