Overview

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


* Track, coordinate, and maintain mobile fleet of U.S. Army owned and leased equipment across entire directorate.
* Preform organization dispatching and equipment maintenance cost tracking.
* Create equipment work orders and track invoicing using GCSS-Army and localized tracking systems.
* Provide reports and pertinent logistics information concerning equipment maintenance, accountability, and cost data on TMDE, Fuel, and ORIL's items used in Test and Evaluation.
* Daily operation of systems which include GCSS-Army, GSA Fleet, AESIP, ASTS, FEDLOG, and DLA Energy.
* Coordinate logistical support activities such as planning, justification, acquisition, utilization, reporting, accountability, and disposal of equipment.
* Provide purchase requisitions for the acquisition of standard and non-standard military items.
* Monitor operations ensuring potential problems are identified, immediately addressed, and direct appropriate actions to correct any deficiencies.
* Develop and carry out local directives and guidance; maintain program records and prepare and submit reports.
* Provide input on development and implementation of equipment management and maintenance programs.
* Preforms other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have HS/GED.

* Minimum of one to two (1 - 2) years' experience working within the area of unit supply operations, large inventory maintenance, property management, administration and Army equipment calibration.

* Possess knowledge of inventory management, shipping, receiving, transportation, storage, turn-in, property accountability, and supply procedures and regulations.

* The individual must be familiar with AR 735-5. This regulation governs accountability, documentation, and coding of Army property. The individual shall have a demonstrated knowledge of the Army calibration system and have a working understanding of current IT as applied to property accountability.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.

Salary
$35.17/hourly
