- 1+ years' experience in the software industry
- 1+ years' experience with software implementation of a product with end user impact, including 1 year of experience coordinating or managing teams in a project-related setting
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP or PgMP Certified is preferred but not required
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel to manage projects and financials
- Advanced experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce.com preferred
- Experience with usage of a PSA platform such as OpenAir or FinancialForce preferred
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills demonstrating an ability to manage staff (some positions without direct authority) in an operational environment and deliver to agreed timescales.
- Independent problem-solving, self-motivated and positive customer service attitude.
- Proven ability to get into the details of programs and projects in order to drive tasks to completion.
- Ability to obtain results in a large corporate, matrixed environment.
- Strong customer management and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage and influence at a corporate executive level.
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks and projects concurrently and deliver results under pressure.
This position offers a total compensation range of $74,000.00 to $85,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
