Graphic Designer (Hybrid)

The Graphic Designer in the Brand and Communication team contributes to the development, implementation and execution of brand and communication strategies. This role will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative visual design solutions that meet the strategic direction of our brand and resonate with our targeted audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the development of the brand and communication strategy
  • Develop and creates graphic design elements for various digital and print material, including websites, brochures, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Maintains relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to promote consistent use of the brand in line with the strategy
  • Complies with regulations for marketing and brand communication.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure a cohesive visual style across all channels
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, and act as a thought leader in design within the company.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within AB in marketing, regulatory, legal, compliance, as well as Sonova brand and communication teams
  • Other Duties as assigned

Travelling Requirement: less than 10%

More about you:

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or a related field

Work Experience

  • +3 years of experience in various industries or agencies

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the medical field is preferred

Languages

  • English/ Fluent

IT Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design software.
  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office, Teams.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge with Apple tools like Keynote, iMovie is preferred.
  • Knowledge in video editing Adobe Premiere is a plus.
  • Workfront project management tool is a plus

Further Requirements

  • Experience working within international cross-functional teams and corporate environment is a plus

A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

Pay Ranges: $75,000 - $107,000 (based on location and experience)
