Job Title: Business Transformation Leader

Summary: As the Business Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for steering and executing strategic initiatives to drive significant changes across the organization.

Responsibilities: As the Business Transformation Leader, you will:

• Be responsible for business transformation activities at United Safety & Survivability Corporation.
• Partner with key leaders and employees to implement a world-class business operating system.
• Help train and mentor the shop floor on lean manufacturing, leadership and managerial skills.
• Champion site Kaizen events, ensuring they stay on track.
• Lead the Site Steering Committee.
• Own the end-to-end Business Transformation Plan.
• Facilitate effective communication across the organization regarding objectives, plans, and progress of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in relevant area, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Effective managerial skills in complex environments.
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels from shop floor to executives.
• Able to compile information for reports and decision making.
• Confident in ability to be a change-agent.
• Proficient in current computer software: MS Applications; PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and an understanding of MRP or ERP system; Syteline (Infor) experience a plus.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, team environment, with time constraints.
• Safety is at the forefront of your mind when you are working and you gladly follow all safety policies to promote a safe working environment at United Safety.
• You bring with you a positive attitude and the ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
• Help United Safety operate effectively by adhering to attendance and punctuality standards.
• Understand that you are part of a growing company, you have no concerns with and able to work extended hours as needed as well as some Saturdays to support that growth.
