Job Description
The Partner Banking Relationship Specialist is responsible for monitoring and assisting all Partner Banking client relationships. The Partner Banking Specialist oversees all partner relationships from discovery through onboarding, implementation, support and monitoring.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and as needed
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Reviews and ensures all documentation for clients are accurate for processing. This includes but not limited to account opening, product enrollment, SFTP integration, facilitating testing for payment and file processing.
  • Prepare effective client-facing documentation of Partner Banking products and implementation plans.
  • Maintain and service assigned Partner Banking clients, including driving weekly meetings with all clients.
  • Maintain close customer contact to ensure continued satisfaction and follow or anticipate additional financial service's needs.
  • Deliver monthly reporting requirements with clients, including ensuring bank-mandated reporting is shared with the client, and client-mandated reporting is provided to the bank.
  • Tracks and maintains delivery of monthly billing requirements with clients.
  • Ensures partners maintain deposit requirements.
  • Oversee ad-hoc professional services to the client, upon request.
  • Ensure that the bank is in possession of current due diligence requirements as required, and that the information has been properly reviewed by control groups.
  • Ensure that the client addresses any issues related to the program, including payment processing issues, that need to be resolved and responds in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure that customer requests with other departments are being properly followed, clearing all service issues and provide as required.
  • Helps facilitate partner implementation into Partner Banking GRC tool, Themis.
  • Helps ensure entire partner lifecycle from initial due diligence through onboarding and implementation, and anything else deemed necessary by management.

  • The ability to build productive relationships with cross-functional teams, both internally and with Partners.
  • Highly reliable, communicative, and responsive in a consistently timely manner.
  • The drive and ability to work independently and remotely (as needed).
  • A cultural fit and the ability to collaborate with/navigate all areas of a large financial organization.
Required Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.

Preferred Experience:
  • Management of client relationships or accounts.
