HR Services Representative

Position Highlights:

  • Position: HR Services Representative

  • Location: Skokie, IL

  • Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours)

  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What you will do:

  • Deliver excellent customer service while answering phone calls, replying to emails, etc.

  • Thoroughly research and respond to customer questions and requests per define timeframe and/or Service Level Agreement.

  • Completely daily business processes and transactions in multiple HR systems for payroll, such as upload pay information from various departments, and enter and audit additional pay and deductions.

  • Reconcile payroll data, including direct deposit issues, stale dated checks, garnishment refunds, and process stop payments.

  • Identify and troubleshoot system issue and execute as appropriate.

What you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and work experience

  • Certification:N/A

  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a human resources related area such as benefits, payroll or HR systems.Previous HR systems experience, such as Workday, is a plus

  • Skills:

    • Intermediate expertise of Microsoft office applications.

    • Excellent customer service and strong communications skills (oral and written)

    • Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.

    • Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
