Norton Rose Fulbright, an AmLaw top 15 firm and recipient of a 2023 Top Workplaces USA Award, is seeking a Business Development Manager to work with the Regulatory, Investigations, Securities, and Compliance (RISC) and Arbitration practices.
Overview of the position
As part of the US Business Development (BD) team, this highly visible, partner-facing role works with practice group Team Leaders and members across the United States to support day-to-day needs and strategic go-to-market initiatives that generate new client relationships, enhance brand profile, and drive revenue opportunities.
The ideal candidate brings a confident, professional presence and previous professional services manager-level experience, and is a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who shows ambition, determination and the desire to develop a career in business development. We are looking for a candidate who can quickly build rapport with key stakeholders and work closely with peer managers, senior marketing staff and firm management to implement initiatives that ensure long-term sustainable competitive advantage for these two practices and the US Firm overall.

This position reports into the Senior Manager for Disputes. The position will be based in Washington, DC or New York.

Qualifications and job-related skills:Employees are entitled to compensation commensurate with skill and experience. The full time base annual salary for this position in the New York City market is expected to range between $120,000 and $170,000. This range represents the firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting for a position in New York City. Salaries in other markets will vary depending on market data. Bonus opportunities are non-guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and firm performance.
