You will be responsible for driving impactful web marketing across multiple products and services and engaging millions of gamers globally on one of the largest brand websites in the world. As a Web Marketing Manager, you will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and agency partners to ensure delivery of high-performing web experiences that achieve business objectives. You will be accountable for website strategy, managing site updates, measuring and reporting on site performance, developing experimentation and optimization plans to improve SEO and web customer journeys across the full lifecycle. You will also participate in defining requirements for omni-channel digital experiences and Xbox.com features as we continue to serve a broader range of audiences across console, PC, and cloud. This role requires consumer web expertise, a data-first and customer-centric mentality, the ability to work effectively within a large matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders, an understanding of web production methodologies, and experience working with agencies and engineering teams to execute. You'll own programs, learn a ton, and develop skills and relationships that will open new pathways for your career.
ResponsibilitiesBring games, services, and devices to life on Xbox.com supporting the full lifecycle including driving awareness, purchase intent, conversion, engagement, and retention.Create global web marketing plans for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, working closely with product marketing, PR, paid media, social, retail, and digital marketing teams.Collaborate with web designers, content managers, and developers to execute web strategies & site updates. Develop and maintain an editorial programming calendar for Xbox.com and measure performance to inform programming frequency, placement, and audience targeting. Partner with web tagging & analytics teams to measure the impact of initiatives, campaigns, and ongoing site performance.Drive web experiments and qualitative research, and leverage site data to optimize customer journeys.Develop and execute an SEO plan to improve Xbox.com's organic search visibility, rankings, and traffic.Oversee site management for all global markets including production, localization, accessibility, and web compliance.Partner with Engineering teams to enhance Xbox.com with new capabilities and functionality.Key attributesProject management, communication, and relationship management skills Effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive impactHigh level of attention to detailAbility to interpret and analyze data to form actionable insightsCreative, curious, innovative, and organized thinker with a drive for resultsSelf-starter who thrives in ambiguous situations and a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple projects and work under constant deadline pressureInterest in digital marketing with a focus on website management & optimizationEmbody our Culture and Values
