Description

• Conduct first-off quality checks at the beginning of every work order and beginning of every shift.
• Conduct hourly quality checks at each production line to ensure that the product meets all established quality standards for integrity, proper application, placement, and general overall appearance.
• Conducts finished good audits to ensure the quality standards are followed.
• Document quality check findings and list actions taken.
• Assist with processing of nonconforming material which includes identification of materials on hold, generating the necessary documents, and overseeing the product/materials to a designated quarantine area.
• Communicate and report quality issues to both the production and quality leadership team.
• Assist in the investigation of customer complaints.
• Assist the Quality department in training current or transferred employees as needed.
• Assist in developing and revising departmental Process Instructions.
• Ensure departmental compliance with the PAC Quality Management System.
• Assist in maintaining QA Hold area clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be capable of reading/following work instructions.

• Must be able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be capable of maintaining good attendance.
• Must be capable of maintaining forklift certification and operate forklift as needed.
