As a Senior Portfolio Guideline Analysis Analyst based in Los Angeles, you will join a team responsible for overseeing Fund's/client account's investment guidelines and other relevant regulatory portfolio restrictions to ensure they are set up appropriately. You will work independently and partner with teammates to lead projects that improve processes, mitigate risk, and increase service levels. You will participate in leading new product launches, implementation of compliance rules, and analyzing the impacts of complex transactions. You will leverage technology and automation tools to scale operations to support business growth.

  • You have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • You have 5+ years of experience in financial services and knowledge of the investment management industry.
  • You have 2+ years of experience coding compliance rules in CRD.
  • Familiarity with Perform, Aladdin, or similar compliance platforms is a plus.
  • You demonstrate strong nimble learning abilities and high attention to detail, work well with differing degrees of ambiguity, and are a driven, proactive problem solver.
  • You have experience analyzing, interpreting, and implementing client or regulatory compliance requirements.
  • You are a skilled communicator; able to synthesize information and present it in a distilled manner.
  • You take the time to create and maintain meaningful relationships. You are a generous collaborator.
  • You exercise good judgment and have a process for managing competing priorities and time sensitive deadlines. You are comfortable when priorities shift, and you manage change with composure.
  • Familiarity with fixed income instruments is a plus.


Southern California Base Salary Range: $116,974-$187,158

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
