Your primary objective will be to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all channels, fostering engagement and alignment with company goals and values, and brand voice.

Key Result Areas:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with organizational objectives and values.

  • Oversee the organization's external communication channels, including press releases, social media, website content, and public relations activities, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Cultivate relationships with PR firm, COI's, media contacts, and industry influencers to secure positive coverage and manage reputation risks effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communications to continuously enhance communication strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a communications role, with demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the CEO's voice and tone effectively, and craft clear, concise, and compelling messages for various audiences and channels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business dynamics, industry trends, and stakeholder perceptions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media management systems, content management systems, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in crisis communication management, reputation management, and media relations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
