AOI Operator:
Job Purpose:
Performs allAOIfunctions including scanning product on Fusion and Galaxy AOI machines
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate the VRS machines for defect verification
- Use scopes for verification and rework of defects
- Operate the Post Etch Punch machine
- Will kit all the product and make travelers to send jobs to Lamination
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 2-4years experience in allAOIfunctions is required. The candidate must have good written and oral communications skills and understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.
- Candidate must be experienced in using measuring devices or scopes to measure the line width and space of the product being processed.
- Requires experience in the following areas: In process Inspection, Final inspection and must be able to help catch panels from Resist strip or developing machine.
- Rigid PCB, Flex and Rigid / Flex process knowledge, preferred.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and or PowerPoint) and the use of shop floor software to complete transactions in Oracle, Cimnet or other MRP systems.

Salary Range(annual): $43,680 - $45,760
