In this Clerk Typist 2 position, you will be the front desk receptionist for our Foster Care, Adoption, and Placement Units and cross train with our Clerical Unit to help provide clerical support to supervisors, administrators, and caseworkers. Work includes greeting and screening all building visitors, providing primary phone coverage, directing visitors or callers to the appropriate personnel, and answering questions within the constraints of confidentiality. You will also prepare and process outgoing mail, assist in sending and receiving faxes, and update foster care related and logs, as well as assist with a variety of clerical processes.
