About the Role:
The function of this position is to support the Cyber and Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) section with specific responsibility for supporting C5ISR architecture, technology, evaluation, testing and compliance across the US market and support the delivery of products and services to Ground Combat Platforms.

    Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect:
    The following are the key duties and skills required for this position:
    • Support the development and application of system security engineering, and program protection for major defense acquisition programs
    • Work with major defense acquisition programs to develop Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP), and advise customers throughout the larger PPIP development process
    • Support program protection activities by working with program office Integrated Product Teams (IPT) to assess program security risks, and develop risk mitigation strategies
    • Work with a team of subject matter experts in software and hardware assurance, cybersecurity and supply chain risk management to address security risks for advanced capabilities and systems
    • Analyze critical program information, critical mission functions and critical components to ensure protection for state-of-the-art technologies.
    • Identify policies, processes, procedures and training requirements for Supply Chain Risk Management.
    • Develop SCRM processes
    • Gather, organize, and conduct analysis of SCRM Data with supply chain managers.
    • Manage and address SCRM processes.
    • Manage and coordinate requirements, architectures and system designs and any changes, conditions, inputs and final resolution for requirements, trades, and alternatives.
    • Participate in and lead design and integration troubleshooting/Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and problem report/test incident resolution for production, development, test, or modification projects.
    • Helps to develop and evaluate checkpoint and design milestone artifacts and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) and review to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.
    • Coordinate with platform Design Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) where interface is required, such as in threat analysis, interface development and requirements decomposition and compliance.

    Minimum Qualifications / What you must have
    Position Requirements (candidates will be considered on the aggregate of the position requirements, it is not required that candidates possess experience inallcategories):
    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Business in a related discipline (IT, Communications, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics, or other related business discipline.)
    • 0-2 years work .
    • Experience in military vehicle development and integration a plus.
    • Understanding of higher level customer requirements and flowing them down to technology areas
    • Understanding of developing and managing system level requirements
    • Familiarity with various electrical line replaceable units and the development and troubleshooting of electronic hardware
    • Understanding of cyber warfare, offensive and/or defensive
    • Understanding of Supply Chain Procurement Process, developing Statements of Work (SOW's), Requests for Quote/Information (RFI/RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO's)
    • Familiarity with Supplier Assessment tools (i.e. Dunn& Bradstreet)
    • Understanding of Program Protection Planning, and/or developing PPIPs and participating in Program Protection Working Groups
    • Understanding of embedded systems, automotive and military related
    • Understanding of software and computer science principles
    • Familiarity with cyber physical system security requirements

    Additional Information

    • This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance. (Non-US Citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance)
    • This position may require the candidate to be able to climb on/off, work in, and work around military vehicles is desired. Must be able to pass ASR test (Anthropometric Size Requirement for confined space)
    • The candidate will need to have strong written and oral communication skills and able to work with all levels of the organization and across business functions.
    • Must be organized and able to handle a high volume of tasks and projects and able to meet tight deadlines.
