As a Channel Product Marketer Go to Market specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies, long term competitive positioning to drive channel partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth across our global channel route to market. You will work closely with cross functional teams to identify market opportunities, build strong relationships with channel partners, and ensure successful go to market strategies. You will serve as a thought partner and influencer to our global cross functional teams and stakeholders across company, shaping the vision and creating alignment around how we market and sell to our channel customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the go to market workstreams for product launches, flagship campaigns and growth initiatives ensuring differentiated value propositions, cross functional alignment and enablement

  • Develop and implement channel go to market strategies to drive partner engagement and revenue growth

  • Identify channel partner opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, operations and product teams to develop and implement channel partner programs, offers, incentives and promotions

  • Collaborate with enablement team to provide training and support to channel partners and internal sales team to ensure they are equipped to effectively sell and support our product portfolio

  • Establish sales asset needs , playbooks, support sales asset development and set guidelines for sales asset utilization and deployment by understanding competitive drivers

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities and partner performance to optimize channel strategies.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success of channel programs and initiatives including building leadership level presentations, including RTBs, QBRs

  • Act as a liaison between internal sales teams and cross functional teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging and execution

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in channel management to drive continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with platform teams to develop and implement new capabilities that helps drive channel growth thru marketplace experiences including but not limited to product and sales led growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field

  • 6+ years of experience in channel management, partner development or go to market strategy - preferably in software technology with global customer base

  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship building skills

  • Strong result orientation combined with excellent judgement and problem solving skills

  • Ability to think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves to manage execution

  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions

  • Proven experience of understanding marketplace dynamics

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Experience leading multi-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high impact business initiatives

  • Global cultural awareness and experience


Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $117,900 -- $209,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
