Summary: The Patient & Community Outreach (PCO) Operations Coordinator plays a key supportive role in the operations functions within the Patient & Community Outreach Department. The key functions of this role include the successful coordination and administration of operational objectives, cohesive and efficient systems, communication, and project and event details within the PCO team.

NOTE - this is a Part-time employee role, up to 20 hours per week

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the PCO Operations Manager and Patient & Community Outreach team to provide administrative and logistical support for the team.
  • Provide operational support to the operations team and PCO staff to deliver patient education programs. Assistance to include materials production and distribution, program reconciliation, and coordination of resources.
  • Create social media content and advertisements.
  • Update content on the website.
  • Manage and maintain accurate documentation of program materials in Stova, Salesforce, and SharePoint.
  • Edit to ensure the correctness, accuracy, and completeness of external materials.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote organizational initiatives.
  • Administer select ongoing programs and/or special projects as assigned by the department; perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Associate degree required
  • 2-3 years administrative/operations experience

Position Requirements:

  • Superior attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, various graphics tools, event technology ecosystems (Stova), social media platforms, and data/document repositories (Salesforce).
  • Highly organized and results-driven.
  • Interest in and ability to adapt to emerging technologies and communications trends.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations
  • LLS has a 35-hour work week
  • This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role
  • This is a Non-Exempt, hourly paid role. The average salary (hourly) range is $43,000 ($24/hour) - $46,000 ($25/hour), open to further discussion based on geography.
  • Work environment is representative and typical of similar jobs in comparable work organizations.
