Job Description
The Senior Equipment Coordinator will be a member of the local equipment management team that supports preclinical and clinical gene therapy research functions. This individual will lead all aspects of equipment management for all assets at the Dublin and Columbus facilities in Ohio, including helping to procure, maintain, and document assets. The Senior Equipment Coordinator will ensure all equipment is maintained according to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) regulations and established SOPs.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads upkeep of records for 2300+ assets within an asset management system, across two sites
  • Scheduling and engaging with vendors for timely execution of routine and non-routine services
  • Assisting with the generation and continuation of Purchase Orders for equipment service
  • Monitoring and assisting with onsite vendors
  • Executing routine and non-routine maintenance as outlined in standard operating procedures
  • Generating, completing, reviewing, and uploading appropriate documentation into an asset management system
  • Interfacing with facilities, compliance, EHS, and research to ensure effective equipment lifecycle
  • Supporting lab moving and re-organization
  • Supporting shipping and receiving efforts, including shipment tracking
  • Performing and documenting all activities in compliance with GLP regulations and corporate SOPs
  • Creating and contributing to the editing of SOPs
  • Monitoring and responding to ViewPoint environmental monitoring system, including scheduled after hours and weekends
  • Performing additional related job duties as required

Desired Education and Skills:

  • B.S. in Health Sciences
  • Experience in hospital or regulated research setting is strongly preferred
  • Ability to strictly adhere to methods and SOPs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Must be able to respond to emergencies during nights and weekends, and be on call as required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

This position requires work on site at one of Sarepta's facilities in the United States.

The targeted salary range for this position is $57,200 - $71,500 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta's compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
