RECRUITING COORDINATOR - AVIATION MAINTENANCE

JOB SUMMARY

As the Global Medical Response (GMR) Air Solutions of Air Evac Life Team, Med-Trans and REACH Air Medical Services continue to grow, our internal talent acquisition team has an immediate opportunity for a talented Aviation Maintenance Recruiting Coordinator to join our AMT recruiting team.

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the AMT Recruiting team and work seamlessly to ensure our maintenance recruiting initiatives and associated deadlines across GMR Air Solutions are continuously met. The primary focus will be conducting ongoing applicant tracking system tasks such as requisition creation and offer management. You will also assist with maintaining/auditing reports, supporting career fairs/trade shows and related events, and assisting with specialty or ad-hoc advertising and publicity.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES

  • Responsible for supporting team recruitment efforts, including posting employment requisitions at the request of operations managers, HRBP, and recruiting managers.
  • Coordinates with operations and candidates to schedule phone screens, skills testing and interviews (live or virtual).
  • Control and monitor the creation/deletion of requisitions in Workday (HRIS System).
  • Track the status of job openings with the Recruiters and job functions you support.
  • Maintain and update online job postings in iCIMS (Applicant Tracking System), as well as external specialty posting sites, as required.
  • Communicates with prospective candidates in response to general questions and online inquiries.
  • May collect and/or verify information from applicants such as identification, certifications and licensing, as required.
  • May assist with recruitment advertising and marketing campaigns as required and monitor success in terms of response rates and ROI.
  • May create and/or maintain recruiting-related reports including things such as open position reports, new hire classes, department turnover, employee referral program bonuses, program, and payments.
  • Assists with promotional display projects or orders and inventories of promotional supplies.
  • May perform other duties and special projects as assigned and serve as a liaison between TA recruiters, TA Enablement, Hiring Managers, HR, and candidates.
  • May travel on occasion to schools & industry-related job fairs, military recruiting events, and EMS or aviation-related trade shows in support of recruiting initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated success in an administrative, customer service, event-coordination, or other office-related function.
  • Capable of functioning in a fast-paced, activity-driven environment.
  • 1-3 years of human resources support, recruitment/selection, staffing, or recruitment coordination activity.
  • Applicant is expected to know commonly-used concepts, practices, and policies within the HR field.
  • Must quickly develop basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure and extensive knowledge of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the general public, maintain confidentiality in daily operations, and conduct daily duties with a professional appearance and manner.
  • Applicant Tracking System Experience (iCIMS preferred)
  • Scheduling within MS Outlook and Teams and iCIMS
  • Familiarity with Workday HRIS (preferred).
  • Microsoft Office product proficiency Suite
  • Experience working with multiple remote teams and team members.
  • Knowledge of general business office operations, filing, and administrative clerical operations.
  • Solid social media skills with both organic and sponsored recruiting advertising.
  • Working social media knowledge and well as advertising knowledge for common platforms like Facebook, Linked In, X(Twitter), Instagram and Google
  • Solid electronic research skills.
  • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to execute results.
  • Good attitude, service-oriented mindset, and a desire to make a difference by getting things done.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.

Starting compensation ranges between $25.00 - $30.00+/hour, DOE
