This role will plan and conduct food service or nutritional programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. May supervise activities providing quantity food services, counsel and educate individuals and groups, may conduct nutritional research and is integral in the success of the retail program serving as the buyer for retail products. Will engage in marketing activities to educate the general public regarding weight loss management.Ability to effectively work with a wide variety of people in both individual and group settings; ability to operate basic office equipment such as copier, fax machine, and telephone. Local Travel may be required. Evening hours may be necessary for the facilitation of support groups and information sessions.
Qualifications:
BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Food Science (Required), BLD - Bachelor's Level Degree: Nutrition (Required)Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI, Registered Dietician (RD) - Certifications - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)Skills
