Job Summary:

• Prepare documentation supporting reimbursement requests from other organizations.

• Run Transaction Detail Report in Cayenta, review financial transactions associated with specific projects

• Identify and document transactions/expenditures qualifying for reimbursement

• Retrieve supporting/backup documentation from OnBase such as invoices

• Request ACH from Finance to show payment was sent to vendor

• Upload all supporting documentation to SmartSheet

• Reconcile SmartSheet against Excel transaction detail

• Submit to Director for approval
