Anaplan is looking for an exceptional Applications Architect to join us in our Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team - working in autonomous Scrum teams emphasizing collaboration, innovation, and transparency. The Sales Performance Management (SPM) Application team delivers Anaplan out of the box and configurable Applications in the following domains: Sales Planning (Territory and Quota Planning, Account Segmentation and Capacity Planning), Sales Forecasting, and Incentive Compensation Management (ICM)

Your Impact

  • Design,architect, and develop sales model templates such as Sales Planning, Capacity Planning, and others using Anaplan, adhering to industry best practices and ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
  • Demonstrate versatility by assuming various roles within the project, including working closely with the product owner to refine requirements, drafting comprehensive test scripts for testing, constructing models, documenting processes, and facilitating enablement sessions to empower stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge for effective utilization of Anaplan solutions.
  • Transform template models into configurable solutions, enabling customization to meet each customer's unique requirements while maintaining scalability, efficiency, and alignment with Anaplan best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with the OEG (Operational Excellence Group) team to optimize Anaplan models according to best practices, ensuring superior performance, scalability, and efficiency. By leveraging Anaplan's recommended approaches and methodologies, thearchitectenhances the model's functionality and usability, ultimately delivering a robust solution that meets the highest standards of performance and scalability.
  • Display strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment. This includes actively participating in team discussions, sharing knowledge and expertise, providing assistance when needed, and contributing to the collective success of the team and the project.
  • Collaborate closely with platform teams, cross-functional teams, partners, customers, and professional services teams to ensure seamless integration, alignment, and successful implementation of Anaplan solutions. This involves actively engaging in communication, coordination, and knowledge-sharing to achieve project objectives and deliver exceptional value to all stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Anaplan Solutions Architect, implementations and model-building experience
  • Possessing domain knowledge in sales performance management is highly beneficial, as it enhances thearchitect's ability to understand and address the specific needs and challenges of sales-related processes. This expertise allows for the creation of tailored solutions that effectively meet the requirements of sales teams, optimize sales performance, and drive business success.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Dynamics 365 (D365) is a significant advantage, as it allows for deeper integration and enhanced functionality within Anaplan solutions. This additional expertise enables thearchitectto offer comprehensive solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing Salesforce and D365 systems, providing added value to clients and facilitating more streamlined processes across platforms.
  • Certified Master Anaplanner certification is preferred.

Base Salary Range:
$139,000$188,000 USD
