Your Role:

The Shared Services Team is the first point of contact for HR, Employees and Managers, with respect to HR service delivery, process workflow and transactional support.

The Assoc Director - HRSS will be responsible for the development and delivery of global HR Shared Service Operations which includes Employee Advisory & Experience, Employee Life Cycle, Employee Transactions and Workflows, HR Document Management, and Compliance. This leader will provide direction, leadership, and guidance to achieve business goals and ensure consistent, high-quality service to meet customer requirements. Building a flexible, scalable, and highly engaged Global HR Shared Services Team, leveraging state of art technologies such as Case Management, Help Features, AI based Chatbots, and an Employee Experience Journey portal will be a priority.

Besides the knowledge and experience of building and leading a HR shared service center, this role must have a service mindset focused on the employee experience with deep skills in servant leadership, listening, and people interaction skills.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the efforts to create and operationalizing a modern HR Service Center at the global level, leveraging state of the art technology and benchmarked service delivery model.
  • Responsible for the People, Process and Experience Platform. This includes driving the system implementation through design, configuration and road mapping of the service offering features.
  • Responsible for development, operation, and execution of data management processes and governance to ensure HR data integrity at a global level.
  • Develop and track the objectives for HR operations and enhancement of the HR Service Center. Ensures achievement of defined performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, interaction quality, problem resolution, coaching effectiveness, employee engagement, etc.
What you will bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in HR Shared Services or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ambition and a proven ability to implement impactful HR initiatives.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $160,000-$220,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
