The Document Control Specialist will ensure the smooth functioning of various systems used at the Waggaman Ammonia facility to manage documentation and work processes that support a culture of excellence and compliance.

Job Description:

The Document Control Specialist will ensure the smooth functioning of various systems used at the Waggaman Ammonia facility to manage documentation and work processes that support a culture of excellence and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish and track metrics for the effective utilization of management systems (listed below) implemented at the Waggaman Ammonia facility.
  • Manage the access and utilization of systems used at the Waggaman facility, including:
  • ISNetworld - used to manage contractor selection and performance.
  • EMIS - used to record incidents, audits, management of change and other functions.
  • Kallidus - used to manage training.
  • SharePoint - used to store and share documents, including technical drawings.
  • Coach personnel on proper handling of CF data.
  • Manage the Waggaman facility compliance calendar.
  • Manage various workflows within the Waggaman facility, including MOC.
  • Conduct regular record retention audits.
  • Schedule and support internal audits.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • 5 years of administrative support experience in a highly regulated operation.
  • Computer skills -Be proficient, or able to quickly learn, various software platforms, including the Microsoft Suite.
  • Organizational skills - Manage and prioritize a large number of tasks.
  • Communication skills - Communicate effectively with users, and provide training and education on document formatting, quality, and compliance standards. Prepare reports detailing the utilization of the various systems.
