The Production Recruiter is responsible for the execution of recruiting strategies and processes to provide qualified candidates for high volume manufacturing positions. The individual in this role will partner with HR managers and hiring managers to recruit, screen, interview and assess candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner while providing a meaningful and positive candidate experience.

What you'll be doing:

  • Perform full life cycle of recruiting activities to meet the organizations needs including sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screenings, and extending offers.

  • Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

  • Maintain consistent communications with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle.

  • Work with hiring managers and HR managers to fully understand their needs and develop positional recruitment strategies.

  • Maintain Affirmative Action Plan and ensure all recruiting processes are in compliance with AAP and EEO requirements.

  • Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics.

  • Participate in employment events such as career fairs.

  • Build relationships with community partners, schools and organizations.

  • Assist HR department in other projects and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Leverage Greenheck's candidate experience by maintaining relationships with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle.

  • Build relationships with local schools, networks and organizations to bring awareness to Greenheck's career offering.

  • Act as subject matter expert providing recommendations to HR business partners and hiring managers to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process.

What you should have:

  • Work requires a professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, which is equivalent to that which would be acquired by completing a regular four-year college program.

  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources, preferably in high volume recruiting required.

  • Experienced in utilizing and leveraging social media for recruiting efforts.

  • Experience using an ATS, Workday preferred.

  • Strong verbal communication.

  • Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment.

  • Proficient with Word and Excel.
