What we need:
Are you search-obsessed, analytical, strategic yet focused on execution and passionate about eCommerce? Brady is seeking an all-star SEO Specialist to join our innovative digital team.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has had hands-on experience growing traffic from organic search through on-page and off-page strategies, and is a master of the long-tail.

What'll you'll be doing:

  • Create a robust search engine optimization strategy for Brady's North America websites - specifically Seton and Emedco, including a roadmap of initiatives to drive growth.
  • Lead keyword research and maintain targets with up-to-date volumes and competition.
  • Optimize on-page SEO: landing page ideation, keyword gap analysis to take advantage of whitespace opportunity, metadata optimization and redirects.
  • Optimize Organic shopping experience for high value searches via Merchant Center, product schema and other SEO tactics.
  • Work with technology teams to optimize site infrastructure for crawlers including schema markup, javascript crawlability and site speed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional business partners (Site Merchandising, Engineering, UX, Design and Product) to implement SEO best practices, and leverage cross-functional insights in planning and program development.
  • Oversee backlink strategy by ensuring maximum coverage, identifying new opportunities and rectifying unlinked mentions.
  • Develop scalable SEO strategies that can cross multiple brands.
  • Dive into issues and incidents as they occur, perform ad hoc analyses as needed, and/or help escalate them to drive to resolution.
  • Learn and be curious to stay on top of trends and best practices; stay up to date with white hat SEO tactics, AI tools and content creation to stay within search engine guidelines.
  • Advocate for a seamless user experience for customers who are finding us through search.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 3+ years experience of firsthand search engine optimization experience, increasing traffic and revenue.
  • 3+ years experience using web analytics and SEO tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, BrightEdge, SEOMoz, etc.).
  • 2+ years experience in eCommerce.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
