All Source Analyst - Senior

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

Cherokee Insights is seeking an All Source Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency. The All Source Analyst conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.

All Source Analyst - Senior Responsibilities Include:

• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Provides senior-level analytical support to CI Directorate Operations Analysis Group (OAG).
• Independently conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
• Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
• Enters data and case information into the OAG's Oracle based system.
• Reviews case information to determine courses of action, and required information flow and information sharing.
• Determine appropriate case referrals to LE/IC elements using a standardized format, including but not limited to Letter Head Memorandums (LHM).
• Enters data and case information into DITMAC's DSoS database.
• Identifies gaps in DCSA information flows and information sharing, to determine where mission performance can be enhanced between the DCSA elements.
• Responds to Ad-Hoc taskers as required.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

All Source Analyst - Senior Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Active TS/SCI
• Desired to have a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience related to the All Source Analyst role with at least a portion of the experience within the last two (2) years.
• Desired to have a Master's Degree in an area related to the All Source Analyst position.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the All Source Analyst's activities required to meet mission requirements.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
• Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
