Summary:
Handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties in support of the HR function and the Managementteam.


Description of Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Serve as a vital team member for employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources and the Leadership team.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Manage job applicant flow.


Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • 2 plus years' experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant human resources/administrative position preferred.
  • PC literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Hands on experience with an HRIS or HRMS helpful
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • Ability to be proactive, organized, and timely.

GENERAL SUMMARY

Handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties in support of the People & Culture Services team.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist with day-to-day operations of the P&C functions and duties.

2. Provide clerical and administrative support

3. Compile and update employee records.

4. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)

5. Coordinate P&C projects (meetings, training, surveys, reviews, etc.) and take minutes.

6. Deal with employee requests regarding People & Culture issues.

PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS
