The Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will play an integral role in recruiting and admitting candidates into Robinson's flagship MBA program, 14 world-class specialized master's programs, and three innovation-based graduate certificates. This diversity of programs enables Robinson to offer one of the largest and most dynamic portfolios of any business school in the United States.

Demand for Robinson graduate programs is at historic levels. This position will help to build upon our current trajectory by continuing to increase the quality and quantity of our graduate enrollments. Located in our Buckhead Atlanta campus, the Graduate Recruitment Coordinator will join a team of high-performing, forward-thinking, recruitment and admissions professionals who work collaboratively to drive prospects through the recruitment and admissions funnel.

Major responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Events: Assist the Graduate Recruitment Manager in planning and executing a comprehensive range of recruitment activities for the online MBA and other graduate programs. Plans and executes recruitment activities, advising candidates one-on-one, delivering presentations, making outbound phone calls, fielding questions via email, attending networking events, etc.
  • Marketing and Social Media: Support the organization, promotion, and delivery of virtual information sessions, webinars, interviews, and online recruitment events tailored to prospective students.
  • Enrollment Funnel Management: Hold primary responsibility for the full scope of the enrollment process for assigned academic programs with high-touch outreach and communications strategies, leveraging CRM to track engagement, and day-to-day engagement with faculty directors
  • Admissions Committee and Evaluation: Evaluate application data to assess readiness for graduate study. Manage application review process with faculty and admissions committee, actively contributing to decisions and scholarship recommendations.
  • OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED: Hires trains, and manages student assistants.

Flexible Work Schedules

The role will primarily work out of the Buckhead Center. This position is eligible for a flexible schedule and hybrid remote working that meet the needs of the employee and Robinson College -- noting that this role will be supporting students on-campus and should be accessible, in-person as required to support the student population.

USG Retirement Options

  • Optional Retirement Plan -- ORP is a 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan. Employees contribute 6% and USG contributes 9.24% to the plan. Employees are immediately vested.
  • Teacher Retirement System -- TRS is a Defined Benefit Plan, a traditional public pension plan. Employees contribute 6% and USG contributes 19.81% to the plan. Your retirement benefit is calculated by factoring years of service, final salary and 2% multiplier. Employees are vested after 10 years.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of related experience or a combination of education and related experience.

Preferred Hiring Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Previous experience in MBA program management, recruitment, or admissions in higher education.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with different types of people.
  • Ability to lead and influence others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with data visualization experience and strategic mindset.
  • Familiarity with Slate, Unibuddy, or similar student engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Flexibility in scheduling is essential to support recruitment events, outreach activities, and other departmental requirements that occur outside of regular business hours.
