The Century City office of Paul Hastings is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Real Estate Department. Ideal candidates will have at least six years of experience with mortgage and mezzanine commercial real estate loans, preferred equity and/or lines of credit preferred (representing borrowers or lenders), and substantial experience running deals. Strong academic credentials and law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to the California Bar.

The salary wage range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $390,000 and a maximum of $435,000 (annually). The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
