Job Description

Our client islooking for an experienced Compensation Analyst to join their team to help shapetheir compensation strategy. This role will be instrumental in ensuring their pay practices are fair, competitive, and aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage annual compensation review processes, including budget planning and implementation
  • Develop and maintain job architecture, including job descriptions, career paths, and salary structures
  • Conduct regular market analysis to ensure competitive positioning of our compensation packages
  • Lead the evaluation and grading of new and existing positions within the organization
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation
  • Manage relationships with external vendors for compensation surveys and tools
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership on compensation trends and strategies
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to address compensation-related inquiries and issues
  • Develop and implement compensation policies and procedures
  • Create and maintain compensation reports and dashboards for various stakeholders
  • Participate in special projects related to compensation and broader HR initiatives
  • Continuously assess and improve compensation processes and systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation best practices and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) certification preferred

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
