As the Learning & Development Partner, you'll work closely with the Learning & Development Manger to identify opportunities to increase our organization's effectiveness to enable and drive a high-performing and inclusive culture. Collaborating closely with teams, you'll create, facilitate and review development programs and trainings that align with Findorff's goals and values.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong management toolkits and trainings to support capacity building, effective coaching, and employee growth/development
  • Work with management to identify specific work situations requiring employees to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies
  • Deliver employee training focused on role competency, role development, personal growth, and any additional identified needs
  • Create competency models for employees across all business departments and divisions
  • Develop and support employee Learning and Onboarding Plans to ensure that they are current/relevant
  • Make assessments of effectiveness of training in terms of employee accomplishments and performance
  • Determine and make recommendations for training needs of organization; develop programs to meet needs and expectations, and work with managers to drive employee participation.
  • Evaluate LMS (Docebo) course offerings, identifying effective courses for the LMS library that support the training needs of employees
  • Prepare and lead DiSC training sessions for teams
  • Collaborate with L&D Manager to develop rollout plan, marketing of sessions, and ensure content is delivered on time for BuildU launch
  • Act as a resource for employees who seek out coaching or career development
  • Actively screen and recommend employees for participation in internal and external training programs
  • Recommend training and development system improvements by analyzing job requirements, performance feedback, and current training programs

  • Demonstrated resourcefulness and action-oriented

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of practical HR experience
  • History of successfully running training programs and adjusting workplace policies
  • Experience in construction is a plus
