Employer in Greendale seeking Customer Service Rep for 1st shift hours, full time 40 hours
The duties include:
Must have 1-2 years of experience in this type of role. Wage range of $18-$20 per hour is based on experience.
Company incentive program offered at 90 days. After 12 months will automatically get a 3% match into a 401k regardless if you contribute yourself or not.

Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
- Provide information about products and services, answer questions, and resolve complaints
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Analyze customer needs to recommend the best solutions
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Assist with order processing and tracking
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Proficiency in English
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a bonus
