The Opportunity:

In this remote role, you will play an integral part in supporting our patients' medication management needs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with healthcare providers to determine appropriate medication regimens
  • Ensuring accurate and timely medication ordering and delivery
  • Providing education and guidance to patients on medication usage and potential side effects
  • Coordinating with insurance providers to obtain prior authorizations
  • Monitoring medication adherence and addressing any issues or concerns

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • A proven track record in medication management and coordination
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain flawless accuracy
  • The ambition to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
  • High School diploma required & college degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years old
  • Successful completion of an accredited or Board-Certified Pharmacy Technician or Medical Assistant training program, or equivalent institution/retail pharmacy or medical office experience is highly desirable
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
