YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting Senior Identity and Access Management Administrator opportunity in our Merriam, KS office. The primary focus of this position is to provide operational support and customer service for the IT Shared Services Information Security Identity & Access Management (IAM) function. This includes user access provisioning, deprovisioning, and performing duties related to access reviews while playing a critical role in the assurance of access appropriateness and controls. This role is critical in ensuring the security, integrity, and compliance of the organization's access protocols. This position will regularly interact with internal customers including business and technology end-users, service desk analysts and corporate audit. This role requires strong skills in analytical thinking, critical thinking, time management, communication/collaboration, and problem solving along with an advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads and collaborates in the design, implementation, and support of the IAM technologies along with updates to IAM policies and procedures.
  • Performs user account life cycle management tasks, including creating, provisioning, deactivation of access.
  • Leads and participates in projects to ensure standard processes and procedures are implemented when rolling out provisioning and role management.
  • Leads the development, implementation, and support of Role Based Access Controls.
  • Ensures all evidence of authorization is documented and archived accordingly to support each access request.
  • Works with leadership to ensure the program meets the needs of the business and complies with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Developing and maintaining training materials related to identity and access management.
  • Modifies permissions to existing accounts, or deletes accounts based on results of periodic access reviews performed by management, department transfers, or employee terminations.
  • Represents the organization in regulatory audits and provides necessary documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance.
  • Completion of other security access related tasks, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or other equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of overall experience in Information Technology or Information Security.
  • Demonstrated experience in identity and access management including executing manual provisioning/deprovisioning and configuring automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
  • Hands on experience with an advanced understanding of IAM concepts such as entitlements, role-based access control, access reviews, least privilege and multi-factor authentication.
  • Attention to detail and customer service.
  • Detailed understanding of SOX IT General Controls related to security access administration.
  • Strong conceptual and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred:

  • Experience with managing permissions in Active Directory groups, and file shares.
  • Experience working with an automated identity solution (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, etc.) along with experience with JSON or PowerShell scripting languages considered a plus.

SCHEDULE :

  • Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
