We are seeking a talented and motivated ESD CAD Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for finding innovative ESD solutions for complex systems leveraging design automation for optimization and verification. You're responsibilities will include:

Evaluate ESD protection circuits using industry-standard CAD tools (e.g., Ansys PathFinder, Calibre DRC, Calibre PERC)

Work with design teams to implement and analyze automated ESD checks to ensure accuracy and improve protection.
Develop and implement effective ESD protection techniques to ensure our products meet rigorous ESD standards (e.g., JS-001, JS-002, IEC61000-4-2)
Leverage your knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals to analyze and solve complex design challenges
Understand and apply tradeoffs between ESD and circuit performance
Utilize industry-standard tools and techniques for electrical analysis
Collaborate effectively with design teams, product engineers, and other stakeholders
Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all designs and projects
Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project goals

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an ESD CAD Engineer (or equivalent experience in a related field)
Proven experience using industry-standard CAD tools for electronic design
Strong understanding of ESD principles, standards, and best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $141,000- $225,000

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
