Our Customer Account Representative's hold an important position within the IDEXX Sales Support organization. They are responsible for contract implementation, providing pricing & credit calculation support to our Sales Support Analysts and collaborating with internal partners to review contract performance.

In the role of Customer Account Representative- Sales Support:

You will work in a fast-paced unit, with a high volume and velocity of work directly aligned with demand generation.

Four areas of the Customer Account Representatives contributions are:

Contract Implementation- You will implement customer agreements and maintain engagement with Sales Support Analyst and internal stakeholders who aide in executing CAG Agreements.

Account Management- You will participate in the calculation of credits owed to our customers, and process price change requests on reference laboratory pricing.

Research- You will participate in the reconciliation process of our customers' contract performance.

Contract Verification- You will manage a pipeline of contract verifications to ensure a timely and accurate implementation.

What do you need to succeed?

  • You will bring strong communication skills will benefit your collaborative efforts with Sales Support Analysts, Veterinary Diagnostic Consultants, and internal stakeholders involved with contract performance.
  • You will bring a high attention to detail.
  • The ability to maintain an open mind, be a change agent and have a willingness to learn are essential.
  • You will have experience with tools such as Salesforce.com, Excel and SAP.

Location: This position will be based out of our Westbrook, ME location.

This will have a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days on site in Westbrook.

Shift info: The hours are normally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
