This position is responsible for ensuring overall readiness, stability, and usability of Adobe Customer Journey Analytics used by the team primarily for insights and reporting of marketing campaigns, and managing a team of analysts responsible for day-to-day activities. Monitor systems performance to ensure ongoing usability. Identify issues, determine impacts if any, and drive appropriate issue resolution via EIT and support teams while communicating to affected stakeholders. Support new development as needed as well as drive and define requirements for enhancements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversees and enhances the operation of our technology platforms
  • Engages in strategic planning to improve platform performance and integration
  • Manages the platform team, fostering a productive and collaborative environment
  • Solves technical issues to maintain high reliability of our platforms
  • Collaborates with various teams for seamless integration of platforms with business systems
  • Contributes to the efficiency of operations and quality of services through platform management
  • Participates in other duties or projects as assigned by business management as needed

Work Experience:

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics - 4-7 years required
  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics up to 2 years - required
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform - up to 2 years preferred

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Database Management Proficient in database management, including the ability to design, implement, and maintain efficient databases that support business operations.
  • Scripting Skilled in scripting languages to automate tasks, enhance system functionality, and troubleshoot issues. Familiarity with languages such as Python, Shell, or Perl is beneficial.
  • Data Modeling Knowledge of data modeling principles and techniques, with the ability to create data models that accurately represent and support business processes.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and presentation. Familiarity with PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations is a plus.
  • Software Development Understanding of software development processes, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
  • Team Management Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong skills in communication, conflict resolution, and resource allocation.
  • Strategic Planning Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Problem-Solving Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaboration Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service Commitment to providing high-quality services to customers, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and expectations.

Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Data Science

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
