Job DescriptionLocation: Mountain View, CA
What this job involves - Responsible for the installation, programming, testing, calibrating, operating, and repair of building control systems. This includes systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and fire alarm. Must have a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including ALC BMS, micro-block coding and as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Install, program, test, calibrate, operate, and repair building control systems.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair building control system problems.
Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement new building control systems.
Maintain records of all building control system work.
Comply with all applicable safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
2-3 years relevant experience .
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
