Job Summary: |
The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus is seeking applications for an HR Professional within the School of Medicine Office of the Dean. This full-time, open-rank position will serve as a resource to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) throughout the School of Medicine. The HR Professional reviews and approves entries in PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system, reviews and approves letters of offer and additional pay, provides consultation and training to HRBPs, and updates and maintains a variety of databases and other systems. The ideal candidate for this position will be a customer-service-driven individual who is ready to help create change and be part of a team of professionals dedicated to collaborative approaches, relationship building, and positive outcomes. Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The hiring range for this position has been established as: * Entry: $43,663 to $58,508. * Intermediate: $47,516 to $63,671. * Senior: $51,368 to $68,833. The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
