Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all pohases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects. Job Summary

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities :

• Administrative Support:

• Manage and organize calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members.

• Handle email correspondence, draft letters, and prepare reports.

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

• Office Management:

• Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and well-organized.

• Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in administration or related fields are a plus.

• Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role is preferred.

• Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
