As a Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and assisting in the compensation administration processes for all Warren Equipment Company employees. You will serve as the liaison to Human Resources and management to propose, implement and revise compensation practices and policies.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Review, monitor and approve job descriptions.
- Ensure job descriptions are in place and accurate for roles.
- Review FLSA exemption status and determine appropriate categorization for jobs.
- Maintains pay structure, pay grade and pay guidelines.
- Performs market pricing and review of internal jobs.
- Complete salary survey participation.
- Maintains salary survey results for the organization.
- Analyzes and reviews market data.
- Assists the managers in the annual merit process as needed.
- Gathers relevant market data on pay practices, programs and economic trends as needed.
- Ensures compliance with the Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years of related administering compensation experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Applications such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), SHRM-CP/PHR or SHRM-SCP/SPHR preferred.
