Our skilled Non-Union employees provide superior expertise in all pohases of finishing projects, mainly high-end residential projects. Job Summary

We seek a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in tech startups and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A go-getter attitude and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities are essential for this role. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data, supporting our operations, and contributing to our overall success.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately input and update data into our systems and databases.
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data as needed.
• Support various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role, preferably in a tech startup environment.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive and go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
