Location: This position can be based at our Atlanta, Georgia headquarters or remotely from your home office. You will be required to travel to client sites across the country to build relationships, drive sales, and achieve annual growth objectives.


What You Will Do

  • Manage a team of National Account Managers and support staff to develop new business and meet sales targets while cultivating relationships with current clients.
  • Establish priorities and ensure NAM accountability for business plan growth, reduced attrition, and pipeline management.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customer decision makers and provide customers with a GP advocate within the GP leadership team.
  • Identify GP Corrugated value proposition and advantaged capabilities.
  • Develop National Account sales capabilities through training, personal mentoring, development plans, and CRM tool utilization.
  • Utilize CRM tool to assist in expeditiously and thoroughly capturing new opportunities and protecting existing business.
  • Guide team in strategic account planning and call planning.
  • Through training, risk assessments and practice, build Compliance and Principled Based Management awareness and capabilities.
  • Work with National Account leadership team, Finance, and regional leadership to develop streamlined processes for closing and onboarding new business.


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of work experience in a sales or sales management role.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in corrugated sales.
  • Franklin Covey or equivalent sales training experience.
  • Experience using CRM for pipeline management, documentation, and communication.
  • Experience in Strategic Account Planning.

For this role, we anticipate paying $160,000 - $200,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
