Offices Services Coordinator Hospitality and building support role Supports 2x a month Employee engagement event Space setup Escort caterer and ensure they have everything they need for setup Ensure trash is picked up after event Pantry supplies - stocks, refills, and communicating needs with FM 2nd Floor event Space: - Management of room and Amenities, including kegerator Maintains PM schedule and follows up with FM to ensure the generator is serviced regularly and as needed On-site point of contact for ordering kegs Manage lock/unlock of keg tap Communicates regularly with the FM & WEE teams on opportunities.
Back up support for Outlook calendar management of the Herndon Event spaces Supports Event Manager
Site walks: responsible for submitting work orders
Conference room daily walks: straighten chairs, clean whiteboards, and replenish supplies as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Good communication skills.
Basic understanding of operating instructions and processes for machines.
Basic understanding of or the ability to learn locations and organizational structure of the company.
Basic understanding of postage rates and regulations.
Ability to correctly sort and distribute large amounts of mail.
Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to complete projects in a timely manner.
Education and Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Experience in a related area preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Must be able to traverse office facilities to pick up mail.
